Registration for Delegates/Visitors and Folk Arts Competition & Displays: (times subject to change)

- Friday, June 15th, 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Registration fees include: Friday & Saturday lunches, coffee breaks, Concert by Knut Erik Jensen, Saturday Silent Auction, Grand Banquet & Dance
Thursday evening - Dinner on your own; President's Reception (Meet & Greet) at 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (times subject to change), music by Knut Erik Jensen (accordion).
Friday morning - 8:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies including Royal Canadian Mounted Police; general session
Saturday morning - Starting at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, we will be wallking from the Ramada Hotel to the Kingsway Garden Mall Shopping Centre, approximately 2 miles, or 3.4 kilometers round trip.
Saturday - 8:30 a.m. - General Sessions.
Friday and Saturday - Shopping at the Ramada - You are also invited to go shopping at our Convention Vendors' tables (see information below)
Friday evening - Dinner on your own; please join us at 8:00 p.m. for guest musician Knut Erik Jensen (piano) in the Courtyard Ballroom (free).
Saturday afternoon - Cultural Workshops
Saturday evening - Silent Auction, Grand Banquet & Dance Band;
Guest Speaker: Royal Norwegian Ambassador to Canada, Her Excellency Else Berit Eikeland

Each delegate will receive a packet which will consist of a Sons of Norway totebag, nametag, notepad, pens, copy of your registration form, Sons of Norway Constitution, convention program booklet, ballots, Roberts Rules of Order brochures, voting paddle.
Please have your Sons of Norway membership card available.
We will include a map of the hotel and City of Edmonton maps.
This packet is available on an optional basis to non-delegates. The non-delegate packets will be a totebag containing a nametag, convention program booklet.
