- Thursday, June 14th at 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday morning, June 15, 2012, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Lodge representataives - bring your Banners, and Delegates - bring your walking shoes for the Walk-A-Thon on Saturday morning starting at 6:30 a.m.

Thursday evening - President's Reception - Wildrose Ballroom (Meet & Greet fellow Delegates, District IV Board and individuals from HQ) 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Friday morning - Opening Ceremonies including Royal Canadian Mounted Police
Friday and Saturday - General Sessions; shopping at the Ramada (click on Convention - look for Vendors)
Friday evening - On your own for dinner; we invite you to join us and listen some fantastic music by guest musician Knut Erik Jensen (piano) playing in the Courtyard Ballroom (no charge).
Saturday afternoon - Cultural Workshops
Saturday evening - Silent Auction, Grand Banquet & Dance Band;
Guest Speaker: Royal Norwegian Ambassador to Canada, Her Excellency Else Berit Eikeland
The rosemaled Convention Lodge Table Markers will be available for purchase.
